[whisper] and for our purpose (guys) getting it to flow to the point it needs to go [another Eddie-Murphy-laugh here]). Antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables will do this for us as will the fatty acids in seeds and nuts ([whisper] Did you notice how these last two are named? [yet another Eddie-Murphy-laugh here]). Anyway, I seem to be getting carried away. Here are some things we should do to boost our energy and improve circulation (and in the process prevent cholesterol deposits from forming on our blood-vessel walls), especially also if you are allergic to viagra (was about to do another Eddie-Murphy-laugh here) :
- Maximize the use of antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, whole grains, and herbs such as cayenne, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, parsley, ginseng, lavender, nutmeg (The last four have been traditionally used as aphrodisiacs.)
- Minimize the use of meat, alcohol, coffee, dairy products, refined and processed foods, and sugar
Now, guys, if the above is good for us in terms of regulating sexual response and remedying low libido or lack of sexual interest, it will be equally good for our partners as well, thus providing for mutual enjoyment of Nature's gift to us. Wait a minute! Guys!?? Where did they all go??? They did not even get to hear about my tea blend for stimulating blood circulation and enhancing nourishment of body cells. Oh well...next time.
