Two shots of hot milk and some espresso in a small china cup topped off with steamed-milk foam? That's my idea of being in Heaven. Nothing beats having cup of hot cappuccino in hand and experiencing its pleasant aroma and exquisite taste. I consider it the beverage of the gods. For that experience, I am indebted to Ethiopia for first providing us with the coffee plant and to the Italians for creating the beverage. As with any other good thing in life, cappuccino should be had in moderation. One to two cups per day pretty much does it for me. Aside from the sheer delight of partaking of it, I understand that the coffee it contains (an excellent source of antioxidants) might be a deterrent to diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, heart disease, and gallstones. Well, more power to cappuccino, but like I said, don't go overboard with it. Moderation is the watchword.
