"Lunch, Dinner, Or Whatever...is Served!"

Let's face it.  Among other things, healthy living involves healthy eating.  Maintaining and staying healthy is certainly not easy.  It calls for some measure of self-discipline, but in the long run it surely is worth it.  In whatever we do to try to stay healthy the key is consistency.  And if for some reason we slack off in any way, begining again or starting over can never be argued against.  As I was saying, healthy living involves healthy eating.  And of course you can't go wrong with salads.  Allow me to share with you the recipe for one of the salads I often eat.  Enjoy.

Oh...and don't forget the wine.

Recipe
baby arugula
shredded carrots
grape tomatoes
heart of palm
avocado (Squeeze a few drops of lime juice on each slice.)
a couple of slices of red bell pepper
shrimps
walnuts or cashew nuts
dried pomegranate or dried blueberries
dressing of your choice
