The Arts: Poetry ---
Imagine my surprise when, my Shu,
Upon that passage I chanced,
That tempting shortcut to you
Hanging between space-time,
Unexpectedly from the mist
Presenting itself brazenly,
Daring me to traverse its length,
To experience first-hand the formula.
I looked up at the sign which read,
"The Einstein-Rosen Path."
It's repute was not unknown to me,
How that many before had crossed
But never more heard from again.
And here I was faced with a choice,
Whether in crossing to risk
The possibility of its sudden collapse
Or my contact with exotic matter,
All in order to meet you, to see you
By means of that adventitious bridge
To another time, to another place.
